Joshua started his career with US Filter and Culligan Water. He started off as a service technician and quickly worked his way up. By age 20 Joshua became the youngest Service Manager in the corporation and was able to improve the service and quality of products that Culligan offered. While at US filter full time, Joshua began extensive work on the industrial and commercial side of the water treatment industry. After years of experience with large corporations, Joshua began his dream of being a business owner by opening Crystal Clear Water Conditioning of Okeechobee. After earning his well contractor's license and irrigation contractor's license, Joshua was invited to join another growing company in the industry. This experience gave him the ability to gain more in depth knowledge and advance his expertise. In addition to his extensive work background, Joshua has also served as an instructor for Florida Groundwater Association. After successfully managing and building one of the largest water treatment companies in our area, Joshua realized the market was missing something.
